Sawdust pellet production line in Vietnam

We have shipped our 4ton/h sawdust pellet production line to Vietnam, this sawdust pellet production line was the second line to the same customer. This line includes screening machine, material separator, 3 sets of ring die pellet machine and pellet cooler.

Our Vietnam customer ordered the first sawdust pellet production line in 2012. Our GEMCO engineers went there to help them to install the whole equipments for them. What’s more, their production manager got rich experience on sawdust pellet making from our engineers. They even explained the characteristics of different wood species and different sizes of sawdust and wood shavings, and told the customer what best ratio plan for pellets production is.

With the expanding market requirements of pellets and more and more customers’ belief to our machines, the Vietnam customer expressed their demand to expand production and finally signed the contract of 4 ton/h sawdust pellet production line. He even paid 100% L/C, and did not require us to guide them on installation. All the equipments have arrived at the customer’s factory now. Hope we will have a long term happy business!
